Orders of £75 and above: FREE


Orders under £75: £3.95 


Your order will sent out by first class recorded delivery. 
In emergencies, we can courier your package to you – prices available on request.


More information:
Dispatching takes place subject to availability and once payment has cleared. If items are in stock, we will aim to send them out within two working days. If we need to purchase items on your behalf, it may take slightly longer, but you will be kept updated if this is the case. If any of the goods you order are not available for whatever reason, we will attempt to inform you of this and if you wish, we will cancel your order and refund you anything that you have paid to us.

You will need to sign for your package, so you may want to supply your work address. We use the Royal Mail, and the majority of first class deliveries arrive the day after posting, but please allow 10 working days from dispatch. Our delivery charges apply for all UK addresses. Delivery charges to other destinations will vary according to weight and destination, and you will receive an email advising you of the postage & packing charges.

Returns

Cancellation and returns policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must return to us any goods that have already been supplied to you in its original packaging and unopened. If you believe the goods to be faulty, incorrect or damaged upon delivery, we will cover the cost of return (provided that the means of return is agreed by us) and we will replace or exchange any such goods or we will refund you what you have been paid. Please keep a "proof of postage" when returning goods. Our policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please allow 3 working weeks for your request to be fulfilled. Following a prescription change lenses may be returned for replacement provided they are still 12 months within the expiry date and in the original packaging. For the replacement Optics Direct will charge the standard postage and packing fee. Please accompany any returns with a brief covering letter and a copy of the invoice if possible.

Refunds
Refunds will be made by re-crediting the payment card account from which the money was originally debited, or if you paid by cheque, by crediting the local branch of your Bank with the equivalent amount. All refunds will be made within 28 days of the cancellation of your order, for whatever reason (subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions relating to the return of goods).

Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of sales tax which is determined by the country where the goods are being shipped to/ delivered to. Delivery charges will be clearly shown and included in the total cost of your order. Optics Direct cannot accept your order until it has been paid for in full.

Payment is taken via credit or debit card using the secure PayPal system. A PayPal account is not required.
